Spending time with a trained physical therapist you will learn about:

  • How to execute the Muldowney Protocol® (when appropriate)

  • Core stabilization and its connection to how you feel

  • How to find relief from headaches/migraines

  • Proper posture and how to maintain it for optimal health

  • Aerobic conditioning within the limits of EDS, POTS & dysautonomia

  • Techniques to assist with energy conservation

  • Anxiety management techniques

  • Appropriate orthotics, splints or braces (including Silver Ring Splints®)

  • Lifestyle modification for conservative management of dysautonomia including: POTS & MCAS

  • Support and connection with other patients with hypermobility disorders
